Frugal vs Cheap

Are you frugal or cheap? Here’s an interesting interview on the subject of cheap vs frugal.
I don’t know that I would spend money on going to the movies, but I agree with some of the points in this video especially about doing my due diligence and researching the best deal. What do you think about it? What do you agree and disagree with?
